A bit of an old soul and a keen naturalist, much of my life has been dedicated to

the observance and care of the environment. Balance is everything, so I approach

all my work with kindness, gratitude and a sympathetic nature.

I tow a trailer with an electric bike and use rechargeable garden machinery,

though my most-used tools are still my trowel, secateurs and fork! I use traditional

eco-friendly methods of composting, weed and disease control and only plant using

organic fertilisers. I enjoy planting for pollinators and maintaining natural

habitat for all our critter friends, so at my happiest sowing wildflower and creating

a bustle in a hedgerow! From kitchen gardens and rockeries to small wildlife ponds and bog gardens, all work is approached holistically and carried out professionally.

 

I work anywhere from cottage gardens to small-holdings to commercial properties, creating and enhancing spaces for folk to remain rooted in and thankful for the wonderful biodiversity that surrounds us in this lovely area of North Yorkshire.
